AGG Blackbox  have launched the next generation, state of the art range of 18V battery powered hydraulic tools loaded with features.

Based on the renowned AGG Blackbox  13 ton, 14V battery powered tools, the new tool is suitable for crimping up 400mm2 using die sets common to the AGG Blackbox  tooling range and 400mm2 using AGG Blackbox Indian dimensioned dies. The unique 18V 4Ah lithium-ion battery offers a higher capacity than its 14V 3 Ah predecessor.
Greater operating speed and crimping force is a result of a revitalised hydraulic system with double speed action giving a more rapid approach of the dies to the connector.
A maximum pressure sensor and security valve assures greater precision and repeatability of the pressure cycle with double the provision for operator safety.
The AGG Blackbox 18V range is easy to manage during crimping with low operating noise and vibration aiding user comfort in addition to the ergonomic housing. An LED light is included for convenience and safety, enhancing vision in darker areas.

OLED Display :
The crimping tools are supplied with OLED display, which provides essential real time tool operating information such as momentary force reached and maximum pre-set level (in Newtons, tons, PSI or bar). The OLED also displays the battery charge level, tool serial number, number of cycles performed and number of cycles before scheduled maintenance. An LED work light and service status light is displayed for assistance with maintenance.
